Akhmose Ari* (formerly known as Khalil-KIMM Fenex) is a proud graduate of Rutgers University-Newark (05) and former graduate student at Clark Atlanta University specializing in African American-African Studies and Women Studies. Seeking to be more hands on with the world and to help others, he decided to exit graduate school and began motivational speaking and volunteering in public schools starting at college campuses in Atlanta, GA.
"I am thankful to my mother and father first and foremost for bringing me into this world and doing their best to make me a worthwhile human being. To my Grandmother-We Love You & may you stay with us. I come from a family of 9 siblings, 5 of which are females, from Newark, NJ with roots in the south and a connection to NYC.
In a fast paced and often stress-filled world, we can tend to become confused, imbalanced, negative, and unhealthy in our ways, and in need of replenishment and cleansing. I wish to be that “breath of fresh air” for you and yours! It has always been a gift bestowed upon me to be very candid and personal in an optimistic manner in helping people no matter the background. Whether family, friends, or associates, it has been shared with me that I have a beautiful spirit and mindset that helps them to lift their own spirit and motivate them to achieve their goals and purpose in life. At other times I have been identified with just simply being their “rock” and/or that positive person that people can confide in when times get a little crazy or tough. I am Akhmose Ari* I celebrate and enjoy love, life, and the experience that comes forth from it. We are all here to do both, to learn, and to teach! With that in mind, the process between me and the audience is more interactive rather than lecture based, though it can be. I seek fulfillment and happiness and wish for you all to achieve the same."
With over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, educator, artist, and innovator, such varied pursuits and challenges have allowed me to find and love myself, given me valuable insight, and consequently thrust me to motivate! May I continue to share this with you...."-*AA*
